    ya hize protocolo de limpieza y sigue asi !

    ademas puede comprobar con un vecino que ocurre lo mismo

    para que tomen nota y cierro tema ...

    Lo reportamos debe de ser problema de algun servidor ya que las pruebas hechas no nos dan ese fallo, gracias por el aviso.
