    Hola!
    Yo te puedo explicar como se hace :)
    Vas a la parte posterior derecha del post, donde están las opciones de Me gusta y Citar y clicas en el Hashtag (#)

    Luego se abrirá una ventana y tendrás que copiar el enlace que verás en la parte superior, lo pegas donde postees y ese enlace será el que te lleva directamente al post que quieres.
